Herb Cubes

Saw this on Pinterest.

Chopping fresh herbs.

Throwing them into ice cube trays.

Adding water, oil or butter.

I've done similar with pestos and food-processed roasted green chilis.

I love the freezer. And Pinterest. And fresh herbs.
